Facebook integration
Facebook integration enables your visitors to log in to chat using their Facebook account. The operator will see visitor’s Facebook name, e-mail and picture, along with the link to his/her Facebook profile.
How it works
Your visitors will see “Login with Facebook” option before the chat:
Once they enter the chat, the operator will see visitor’s real name, e-mail and profile picture:
The visitor will be marked with a Facebook icon on “Online visitors” list. An operator can open visitor’s Facebook profile:
How to integrate
Just activate the Facebook integration, and your visitors will see “Login with Facebook” button before the chat.
