
LiveChat — Highrise integration tutorial
Integration features:
- searching for people in your Highrise contacts,
- adding chat transcript as a note to existing contacts,
- adding new deal to existing contacts,
- creating new contacts and deals.
How to activate Highrise integration?

To integrate your LiveChat account with Highrise, go to the Control Panel to Add-ons & Extras » Highrise and enter your Highrise dashboard URL.

Keeping track of your chats using Highrise
Using Livechat-Highrise integration is as simple as ABC. While talking to a website visitor, just click the Highrise button inside chat window.

A new browser window will pop-up taking you to our integration page. By default we search all of your Highrise contacts using information from a pre-chat survey. If these results aren’t satisfying, you could try to find desired contacts by yourself.

After hitting Log this chat next to the contact name, you’ll be taken to a persons’ Highrise page. Chat transcript will be added as a note few minutes after the chat session ends.

While using LiveChat it will frequently happen, that you’ll encounter a new potential client or opportunity. For ease of use you could create a new contact or deal with the customer right on LiveChat! Chat transcripts will be saved as a note, and pre-chat survey content will be stored in Background info (marked red on the screenshot below).
