Shared chat archives
Chat archives will be shared across all operators. It’s a great way for your employees to learn from each other.
Chat operator should also know what the visitor was talking about with another person a few days ago. Asking the same questions over and over may lead to a confused visitor faster than you think.
Note: If you are using Skills, please keep in mind that archives will be shared only with operators from the same skill.

Shared team statistics
Statistics will also be shared with other team mates. It shouldn’t be a secret how your chat operators perform.
Statistics reward the best performers and motivate the runners-up.

No more confusing permissions
We will offer three types of permissions: Owner, Administrator and Operator.
The person who creates a LiveChat account will become the Owner – the only person to have an access to the “Subscription” page. Other people will become either Administrators or Operators.

Chats supervision
Operators will be able to supervise or be supervised by other team members.
Why? Simply because your visitors need it! They want to be treated like somebody important. And if the operator can’t solve the problem, his team mate should give him a hand.

Change schedule
This change will be introduced on 20 Feb, 2012. By this time your current permissions will remain intact.
