LIVECHAT Software is an independent software vendor of business instant messaging software.

The company was established in 2002 as a result of the growing communication needs of companies connected with fast internet expansion. Since then, the tools developed by us are maximizing clients’ satisfaction and reduce customer service costs.

In 2008 LIVECHAT Software has become a member of the Gadu-Gadu SA capital group. Gadu-Gadu is the most popular instant messaging service in Poland, with over 7.8 million registered accounts and approximately 6.5 million users online daily.

We are member of Naspers, a South Africa-based multinational media company with principal operations in electronic media, including pay-television, internet and instant-messaging subscriber platforms and the provision of related technologies.

Mariusz Cieply

CEO

Addicted to and obsessed with LiveChat. He spends most of his time with team members, motivating them to create product, that brings high value to customers. Fan of small companies with high ambitions and dynamic corporate culture. Always interested in meeting people who are passionate about the service LiveChat provides. Runs in marathons and plays golf. His recently discovered passion is wakeboarding.

Urszula Jarzebowska

CFO

Cares about the financial side of our business. Before playing with invoices, balance and financial reports of LiveChat, she was involved in other successful internet projects.

Szymon Klimczak

Sales & Marketing Director

Located somewhere in between the IT, customer support, sales and marketing, focuses on generating income from e-commerce sales. Certified Google Adwords Professional. Szymon plays basketball and follows NBA on a daily basis.

Krzysztof Gorski

Technical Team Leader

Works with passion on all the activities of product development cycle. He is a savvy sailing master and great leader. In his free time, Krzysztof sings in academic choir and plays bass.

Bartosz Olchowka

Web Developer

Cookie fed web developer. Makes our chat window both esthetic and easy in use. In his free time Bartosz likes to develop LiveChat integrations. A decent snooker and Guitar Hero player. He is always happy and smiling. Morale booster.

Maciej Pawlowski

Interface Developer

Recent addition to our team. Polishes our website and Control Panel. Mac lover. Thanks to him, we now love Macs, too. ;)

Marcin Dojwa

Server Developer

Server guru, who never gives up and is a very goal-oriented person. Cares about system reliability and stability. Your software depends on his work and great experience.

Jakub Sitarz

Product Manager

Experienced deployment master responsible for most implementations of the Enterprise edition of LiveChat. Special task agent, who creates additional value by integrating LiveChat with the most complex external systems.

Adam Strzelecki

Mac developer

Natural born nocturnal computer geek, who spends nights purging and optimizing the code, and days trying to find an excuse to play some tennis while he is supposed to work. Former GIS software architect, now seduced by Apple technology, creates Mac OS X and iPhone apps. Hoping some day he will be granted a Ph.D. title. Altogether he is a friendly cheerful guy, unless you try to wake him up in the morning- then he turns into a beast.

Anna Sitarz

Sales Representative

Key account manager who works mostly with European customers. She specializes in companies from the insurance and financial industry. Anna is also a certified ISO specialist. She never stops to improve the quality of our software and service we provide.

Wojciech Hadada

Sales Representative

Started in Customer Support Dept., now drives money to the company as a part of our corporate sales tandem. If he’s not negotiating a deal with any of the customers, he’s propably hanging out with some interesting chicks in the city.

Ernest Trochimczuk

Sales Representative

Another part of our corporate sales tandem, also with support background. No matter, if it’s early afternoon or 3 AM, it’s very likely he’ll be in the middle of a phone call/conference with customer from the US, Asia or South America.

Marcin Engelmann

Chief Architect

Master Yoda of our back-end infrastructure. He almost never visits the office, but he’s simply too busy keeping the Internet online. When he goes to sleep, the Internet breaks down. There’s no technical question he wouldn’t answer.

Blazej Szperlinski

Customer Support

Support angel. Solves problems and writes guidelines. His expertise in social studies makes customer support swift and serene. When not handling enquiries, Blazej’s a bass player, long distance runner and aspiring novelist.
