Sales Representative - Asia & Pacific Customers

We are looking for a Sales Representative to be part of our Asian-Pacific sales team.

Job Summary:

  • Support sales team to drive the sales of LIVECHAT Software products and services and develop relationships with Customers from a technical perspective.
  • Produce and/or deliver customer specific demonstrations or technical presentations.
  • Qualify opportunities from a technical perspective.
  • Perform needs analysis for qualified sales opportunities.
  • Present the customers on LIVECHAT Software products and service offerings.
  • Attend customers and prospects meetings and respond to customers’ questions, needs and make recommendations on the best product configuration/integration.
  • Interface closely with Product Management and LIVECHAT Software product engineering, provide feedback on competitive trends, market shifts, and customers’ needs to ensure that LIVECHAT Software continues to produce products and services that match the changing market.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • At least two years’ experience in a pre-sales role in the software industry.
  • Excellent phone and personal presence and presentation skills and ability to effectively handle customer objections within the sales process.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Multi-tasking ability and the ability to set and reset priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent English.
  • Working knowledge of internet technologies and web hosting products/services.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interprete the sales and business documentation.
