What is required to join the community:

• You will be required to install our beta level software.
• You need to report all problems you experienced with the product.
• Your goal is to test, report bugs, problems of beta released software.
• You will be required to send us a report once a week with your summary of daily activity with LIVECHAT Software products.

What you will get:

• You will receive the software for free and you will be allowed to use it for commercial purposes.
• You will be provided with a download link to the LIVECHAT Software products being beta released.
• You will have an access to a bug reporting system.

To become a beta tester you should:

• Read a beta testing end user license agreement (EULA).
• Contact us at beta@livechatinc.com or chat with us on our website.

We will analyze you application and notify you if you are approved for the beta test program.
