What can I do with the enterprise instant messenger?

Communicator and its enterprise IM features

Internal communication
Users can communicate between themselves using enterprise instant messenger.

Chat transcript
Browsing the chat history at the IM level, gives a quick insight into the chats that took place within organization. With this feature any user can easily acquaint himself with interesting materials.

Conference mode
Enterprise instant messenger allows to chat with more than one person simultaneously. Conference mode makes possible to proceed instant messaging with few users in the same chat window.

File sharing/sending
Enterprise instant messenger enables possibility of sending files (for example price lists, specifications, documentation).

Remote desktop
With user acknowledgement the operator can take over the other user’s desktop and diagnose problems or make changes in the configuration.

Operator’s activity statistics
Enterprise instant messenger generates reports about operators availability. Displays information about operator statuses and activity.

Private chat
Chat marked as private will not be visible by other operators in chat history and will not be accessible by any enterprise IM.

Enterprise instant messenger as a multi-protocol messenger
