Contact Center Plugins

Add more functionality to your LIVECHAT Contact Center! What you need to do is download selected file and place it in folder where you previously installed LIVECHAT Contact Center.

Simply click on the name of the plugin and save it on your hard drive. Then open the catalog that you have installed Contact Center in (default is C:\Program Files\LIVECHAT\LIVECHAT Operator) and paste the plugin file into the ‘Plugins’ folder. Then restart the application and enjoy new features in your software!

MSN protocol
Enables in Contact Center option of chat with MSN instant messenger users and MSN contact list import/export to the application.

Remote Desktop
Plugin enables Contact Center operator to take over a customer desktop. Acknowledgement of customer is required. With desktop overtaken operator is able to diagnose problem or make changes in customer’s computer configuration.

Spell checker
Plugin allows to activate spellchecker functionality. During chat the text is being automaticly checked and all the spelling errors are being highlighted. Plugin works in English and Polish.
