Plugins are small pieces of software that can add new features or tiny tweaks to any of your LIVECHAT’s application. They can add new IM protocol or additional panels, change the look of LIVECHAT applications with a new theme, or much more.

We’ve got a list of some our favourite add-ons to get you started. Simply click on the name of the plugin and proceed with installation. Microsoft CRM for Contact Center
Plugin integrates LIVECHAT Contact Center with Microsoft CRM. It enables you to create additional Microsoft CRM panel in application and extend available functions in chat window.

ICQ
Enables in Contact Center the option of chat with ICQ instant messenger users and ICQ contact list import/export to the application.

SalesForce
LIVECHAT Contact Center and Salesforce integration allows you to store website customers relations history in your Salesforce CRM system.


Remote desktop
Plugin allows user to take over a customer desktop. With desktop overtaken operator is able to diagnose problem or make changes in customer’s computer configuration.

Enables in Contact Center the option of chat with MSN instant messenger users and MSN contact list import/export to the application.

Select panel you want to add

Panels can be added only to LIVECHAT Contact Center application. They would not work in LIVECHAT Communicator. This functionality causes that user is automatically logged into services visible in application panel.
