GG Pro

These are additional accounts of business instant messenger GG Pro that we give away with higher plans of Contact Center. GG Pro integrates with Contact Center and makes it easy to communicate inside the company.

We do not know your password, because we do not keep it. If you forgot your password, you can ask for a password reminder.

There are two methods of adding employees to GG Pro:

  • If you want to add just one account, go to Tools tab and click on the Add user icon. Fill the registration form and click on the Finish button to create new account.
  • If you wish to add more users at once, Got to Tools tab and click on the Users icon. Then select Import and download the sample file with data to import. After filling the file select it in the application and click Next…

Each user of the new account will be sent an invitation email with his GG Pro login data.

Go to Tools tab and select Roles icon. Select role you wish to edit from the list and click on the Access level button. Default roles in GG Pro are Administrator, Manager and User.

User roles menu allows also defining new roles and assigning employees to certain roles.

In the instant messenger window go to Tools tab and select Add-ons Manager icon. Go to Instant messengers tab and select the service you were looking for. Change the Setting below to Enabled and wait for the add-on to download. Then select Restart application button.

After the application restarts, click left mouse button on the icon of just installed add-on and select option Account settings.

Assigning employees to departments in GG Pro can be done in Tools tab in Departments section. This section allows also adding and removing departments. Selected division can later be visible on the contact list if sorting by department is active.

Contact list in GG Pro allows several different types of sorting:

  • By department
  • By group
  • By company name

You can select the type of sorting on the View tab. It also allows enabling and disabling contact list groups sorting and showing contacts in offline mode.

The same setting can be changed by right-clicking on any person on the contact list and by selecting menu List view.
