  • Calendar - plan your work time with LIVECHAT Contact Center calendar. Use reminder and recurrence tool. Mark events as private. Share your calendar events with other Contact Center operators within your company. MS Outlook and Google calendars synchronization is included.
  • “Office like” graphic style – new graphic look changes your work into pleasure. Context menu makes application much easier to use.
  • Message broadcasting – send messages to chosen users, groups or the whole departments.

  • Browser and search engines icons display - display of visitor browser and search engine logo to help you identify customer internet browser and to help you see how customers find your website - which search engine did they use.
