I’ve been at LiveChat for 2 years now. I’m a Content Writer, who can also do some buzz in Social Media. I wrote tons of posts on our LiveChat blog. I had an adventure with case studies and landing pages but since I’m mostly into stories and long sentences, I now focus mainly on writing great blog posts on our blog and other related platforms.
The moment I truly felt inspired was when a Director from the University of Florida reached out to me and wrote:
”I read your article on how to say no to customers - really good. We discussed it at our staff meeting. I think it's a very important subject, and you did a great job addressing it in the article”.
Besides blogging, I’m also responsible for the monthly newsletters at LiveChat. Each month I educate our customers about a different topic that will help them run their business more smoothly. See it for yourself.
I'm a huge fan of weekend getaways. I’m in love with the Polish mountains where I can turn off my phone and enjoy the silence (I post pictures on Instagram
afterwards). During the week, if I'm not working on my newest post, you can find me walking around the city or cooking dinner and watching Netflix.
