Customer Education Specialist

As a Customer Education Specialist your main role will be to maintain our Help Center, creating clear and engaging how-to’s and guides. You will focus on both step-by-step instructions and content that highlights the benefits of different product features, helping our customers understand how LiveChat can positively impact their business.

This is a position in between Product, Marketing, and Support. You will help us with lead generation, customer acquisition, onboarding, and retention. It requires great content writing skills, solid understanding of the product, and knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating product articles, explainers, guides, and how-to’s in various formats (text, animation, video)
  • Maintaining our Help Center, coordinating releases with Support and Product teams
  • Proactive topic research for customer education content, analyzing data from Google Analytics and other analytical tools
  • Optimizing Help Center articles based on user ratings and demand
  • Proposing new Help Center functionalities that serve to better educate and engage our customers
  • Looking for new channels that will allow us to reach more customers (social media, e-learning platforms, etc)
  • Analyzing users’ behavior on Help Center and other parts of our website, drawing conclusions for future improvements
  • SEO optimization for text and video content
  • Working with Product teams, UX writers, and marketers
