Ability to edit agent's email address

It would be nice if we could edit an agent’s email address. I have an agent who got married and her work email address changed, so it would be nice to use the correct one for chat. I know we can delete the agent, then re-add with the new email, but she doesn’t want to lose all her historical data (like chat satisfaction rating), and have to start from zero again.

Hi! Thanks for your suggestion, I’ve shared it with our Product Team.

For now the workaround is to create a new account with the new email and also to keep the old one to still have access to all the stats and filters.
