[Question from the LiveChat Team] How can we make notifications better for you?

Hi guys!

It is not possible to stay focused on LC app all the time and we want to help you to respond to queries no matter what you do. This is why we’re currently working on making LiveChat notification better! Please leave your votes in our polls and we’ll do our best to make your work easier!

SITUATION 1
Imagine you come to work as usually, log-in to LiveChat via browser, quickly review what has happened since yesterday. Then you just close the tab (or even the whole browser) and move on to other tasks, but still want to know when something important happens and needs your attention.

What are the events you would like to know about in such situations? Please tick all that apply
