FullContact: more information about visitors

Get additional information on your visitors using the FullContact integration. It gathers valuable data like contact information and places it in the chat window.


  1. To integrate LiveChat with FullContact, go to the Apps section of your LiveChat account.

  1. From the list of available apps, choose FullContact and click on Install button to proceed.

  1. Log in to the Full Contact Developer Portal and click on Generate API Key.

  1. Now simply follow the instructions provided on your FullContact dashboard and Strong>copy the generated API key.

  1. Now enter your API key in the integration Settings and click on Save to finalize the integration.

Congrats! From now on, you will be able to get a number of additional information on your visitors during chats!

Visitor information in the chat window

When somebody logs in to your live chat, the FullContact integration will provide a number of information on that visitor in the chat window. The scope of the information may vary from visitor to visitor.
