Join.me LiveChat: Installation
- To integrate LiveChat with Join.me, go to the Apps section of your LiveChat account.
- From the list of available apps, choose Join.me and click on Install button to proceed.
- All that is left is to link your Join.me account with LiveChat. To do that, click on the new Join.me icon, available at the top right section of your LiveChat.
- Click on Connect to proceed.
- You will see a new pop-up, asking you to log into your Join.me account. After doing that, click on Accept to grant LiveChat access to your Join.me.

Join Me LiveChat: How it works?
Using the integration is quite simple. With just a few easy steps, you can start sharing your customers’ screen, helping them with difficult technical issues!
Check out the steps below and see how easy it is to get started with Join.me for LiveChat.
- Go to Chats section of your LiveChat and click on Join.me app icon.
- Now choose one of the ongoing conversations from the list of your chats.
- To initiate a screen sharing session, click on Access desktop, available in your Join.me integration window.
Now two things have happened:
- Your visitor has just received an invitation to a screen sharing session. Ask him to click on Allow button, available in his chat window.
Clicking on Allow will download Join.me app on your customer’s computer. After installing the app, Join.me will automatically initiate a screen sharing session with your customer.
- We also generated a link for you. This link will open a Join.me session in a new tab of your web browser. When your customer accepts the invitation, screen sharing will start automatically.
