Zendesk: SSO Login with LiveChat

This short guide will show you how to use our Zendesk integration if you are logging using SSO.

You need to be an administrator to enable SSO login for the Zendesk integration. If you don’t have administrative privileges yourself, please pass this tutorial to your admin.

Setup

Follow the steps below to complete the setup:

  1. Login to your Zendesk and access the Settings screen.

  1. Select API from the Channels section.

  1. Tick Enabled in the Token Access section.

  1. Copy your API token and select Save to finalize.

Now, when you use the Zendesk integration, provide your Zendesk e-mail with the phrase /token added to it, e.g. joepublic@gmail.com/token. Use the API token as your password. If you copied it earlier, you can paste it now.

Congratulations! Now you can use our integration and log in with SSO!
