Blazej and Szymon from our team took part in Zendesk’s webinar for online retailers. They described the LiveChat-Zendesk integration, but focused mostly on the LiveChat’s sales supporting features such as chat invitations based on customer activity and measuring conversion from invitations to chats and to sales.
