By joining our newly formed Onboarding Team, you will be responsible for designing journeys for new customers. You will make sure that the onboarding process is extremely easy and intuitive. You’ll want to remove obstacles preventing visitors from becoming customers, who understand the product and can take full advantage of it. With GROWTH in mind, you will take care of spreading the knowledge among LiveChat customers to help them learn the product faster. With your innovative and fresh approach, you will be responsible for design and business decisions that will have a significant impact on increasing the number of LiveChat customers.

We work in short iterations – we launch and test new ideas quickly, usually over 1-week sprints. You will be able to see and measure the impact of your changes almost immediately.
