We’re a tech company, so we wanted to make sure we were catering to all suitable ways our customers wanted to get in touch with us. Speed & visibility is very important to us and LiveChat helps to cover both of those perfectly. We also love the reporting available, as it makes it an easy job for us to monitor our chat satisfaction & predict cover levels. Beyond the product, a gold star goes to the LiveChat team. Since developing a relationship on social media we have had several conversations around live chat and how best to use it’s features.
LiveChat is very easy to set up and get your team started. They provide great tools for education and training our team. Within hours, they are ready to go live. Their customer service is also very responsive and thoughtful in helping us resolve problems. Also like the flexibility to change #of seats based on the cyclical nature of our business.
LiveChat is highly effective and our chosen software to run our live chat outsourcing company – The Chat Shop. We’ve implemented and managed LiveChat across a large number of sites and across a range of industries. The technology is a pleasure to use from an agent perspective, has quality reporting and out of the box integrations. Its customisation is some of the best in the industry and from a customer perspective it’s a pleasure to interact with onsite.
LiveChat is easy to use and to navigate. If there is ever anything I don’t understand, the support team always has my back! I think they are available 24/7 (We only run our chat program during normal business hours). But they are always, friendly, helpful and very quick to respond. The mobile app is easy to set up and easy to use. I can always be on the go with this. I especially like it when I’m on my mobile and need to switch to my desktop (to grab a file to transfer or something). The current chat log is right there like I’ve been using the desktop app the whole time.
The LiveChat module is so easy to embed in any website. I did a lot of research and actually paid to try other programs as well and nothing came close to the simplicity of LiveChat. The mobile apps work every time, and in our company we can’t afford to miss a connection with a client who needs support. We trust LiveChat and have been using them for a few years without issues.

Also, being able to integrate apps is phenomenal. LiveChat is so customizable and that is something I sincerely appreciate. The archives section is something I use on a daily basis as well. Having the Knowledge Base readily available has been super helpful. I have not had to use the LiveChat feature – so that in itself speaks volumes!

LiveChat gives our team the ability to help prospects the moment they need it. I love how visitors can leave messages for us during our off hours as well, letting us reach out as soon as we’re back online again. One of the features I like best is how multiple team members can be online at once.

A dashboard enables performance monitoring to improve the efficiency of our responses and gives us the opportunity to automate certain spots. I’m going to keep this short and sweet. LiveChat is s one of those apps that just works. We can rest easy knowing that in over a year of usage it has never failed us. We’ve used this product for several years now. I don’t usually do reviews, but we are so pleased with LiveChat! If you are in the market for a live chat, this is the one to get! Pros: Allows you to preview the typed text before the chatter even sends it. Allows you to change the website pop up icon to better personalize it to match your site. Sends weekly reports for number of chats and time online. Let’s you see where the chatter is located. Let’s you automatically send them a LiveChat notification if they are on the website browsing.
If you have a business, and you have a website then you need this! LiveChat was the missing link to our customer service and we have had nothing but positive response from our customers! On top of that, they send out regular tips and tricks to better use their service and it’s so incredibly helpful! I couldn’t imagine not using LiveChat at this point – it’s a part of who we are now, and the customer service that we offer.
What I love most about LiveChat is that I can engage INSTANTLY with whoever has just landed on our website. If anyone has a question, we can answer straight away, which often leads the prospect to becoming a paid client…it’s money in the bank, and provides wonderful customer service.
