We’re looking for a Talent Aquisition Specialist who will help us build the best team in the whole universe!
What we’re looking for:
- ~ 1 years experience in a similar position in the IT area (must have),
- Recruitment experience in marketing, customer support and back office area (nice to have),
- Experience in direct/active search,
- Excellent sourcing skills; searches, use of LinkedIn Recruiter, ability to build networks and maintain the pipeline,
- Social media experience,
- Can-do attitude,
- Self-reliance in day-to-day tasks,
- Fluent English,
- Creativity and passion.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting extensive sourcing of candidates via LinkedIn, search tools, social media channels, recommendations etc.,
- Organizing and leading interviews with the chosen candidates,
- Suggesting and implementing new candidate sourcing ideas,
- Assessing, expanding and improving the existing hiring channels,
- Preparing job descriptions.
