Bigcommerce: chat with your store customers

You can add LiveChat to your Bigcommerce shop in a few simple steps. This will let you chat with your online visitors and actively convert them into customers.

Setting up

To set up live chat on your Bigcommerce store, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Bigcommerce and navigate to Apps > Marketplace.
  2. Use the Search apps (in the top right corner) to find LiveChat and choose it.

  1. In the next screen, click on the blue Install button

  1. You’ll be asked to grant LiveChat permissions to access your general information like name, email and store name. Click Confirm to continue.

  1. LiveChat installation guide will be displayed in a new tab. Follow its steps to complete the installation.
  2. What’s next?
