CoreCommerce: chat function in your store

Using this integration, you can add a live chat option to your CoreCommerce shop. This will allow your customers to contact you via LiveChat and give you a chance to increase your online sales.

Setting up the integration

To place a LiveChat on your shop’s site, you need to follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your CoreCommerce shop admin panel.
  2. In the Design tab, choose Homepage Design Options.

  1. Scroll down to Body section, click on Source button.

  1. Go to the LiveChat code section and copy the tracking code.

  1. Paste the code in the Body section.

  1. Click on Publish button at the top of the page to finish.

LiveChat is now available on your shop’s site. You are moments away from chatting with your customers!
