Entropay: pay for LiveChat via bank transfer

If you don’t want to pay for LiveChat subscription with the use of your credit card, consider doing it with the use of a virtual one. You can create your virtual card in just a few minutes, and pay for LiveChat via bank transfer – no credit card required.

We prepared a short tutorial on how to sign up for Entropay, a service that allows you to create your virtual card. See how easy it is to sign up and top up your card!

Sign up for Entropay

  1. First, go to the website and decide which account would you like to create. If you are a regular customer, click on Sign up now button, as on screenshot below.

  1. Fill the registration form and choose USD ($) as your currency.

  1. To proceed, click on Get your Card! button.

  1. You will be prompted with the information that new Virtual Card has been created for you.
Done! Your Entropay account is now ready to use

Done! Now your Entropay account is ready to use. All that is left now is to top up your Virtual Card. After doing that, you will be able to use it to pay for your LiveChat subscription.

Sign up for Entropay Business Account

  1. If you are running a company and you would like to open a business account, please go to and sign up for Entropay Purchasing Account.

  1. Fill the registration form and choose USD ($) as your currency.

  1. To proceed, click on Start now! button.
Click on Start Now to proceed

Done! Now your Entropay Purchasing account is up and running. All that you have to do is to increase the limits of your business account.

To do that, click here and follow the article, provided directly by Entropay.

Top up your virtual card

When topping up your card via bank transfer, Entropay charges 3.95% from the transaction. For example, if you transfer $10, a fee of $0.40 will be deducted and $9.60 will be credited to your virtual card. When using Entropay as your payment method, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We will give you a discount that will cover the 3.95% Entropay’s fee.
  1. On the confirmation screen, click on Bank Transfer to top up your Virtual Card.

  1. Next, choose the location, name and the currency of your bank.
Don’t worry if your bank’s name is not on the list. Simply choose Other, and you will be able to proceed with a payment.

  1. To proceed, click on Get Bank Details.

  1. On the next section, you will find the Bank Account Details provided by Entropay. To top up your Virtual Card, use those details to transfer funds from your bank account to Entropay.
It may take from 3 to 5 working days for the funds to reach Entropay account. Don’t hesitate to let us know about the transfer – we can extend your account until the funds reach your Virtual Card.

  1. After the funds are credited to your Virtual Card, go to My Entropay Cards section available in Entropay panel.

  1. From there, copy the details of your Virtual Card and add them to your LiveChat subscription.
